What we collect and why
- Club and sponsorship applications: name, company, position, email, phone and the details you send us. Purpose: to process your application and manage the membership. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.
- Member accounts and payments: account details, billing data and subscription history. Purpose: to give you access to the member area, to invoice and to comply with accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Emails and newsletters: your email address. Purpose: to keep you informed about the summit and the club. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, through cookies. See the cookies policy.
How long we keep it
Application data: up to one year if the application does not go ahead. Membership and billing data: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law, normally six years.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. for payments, and our email provider. They act under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data to anyone.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to derechos@jrisproductions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
